Quality Control

We have always considered the quality of our products to be top priority and welcomed the introduction of the construction products regulations in 2013 which sets out a harmonised standard for certain products to adhere to.
CE certification is now compulsory for prestressed composite lintels and H-post fencing and panels. A declaration of performance in available for both as well as a user guide for lintels.
To maintain quality throughout, our products are designed to comply with I.S. EN 206:2013 and I.S. EN 13369:2013 common rules for precast concrete products in which regular cube testing in conducted to ensure they meet our criteria for strength and durability.

Ordering

Construction Sites

When building houses or apartment blocks we can offer a plot by plot ordering basis. No need to bulk order lintels or cills to drag around the site to different locations.
When ordering with us you can, for example, order for the ground floor of plot a, b, c and d which may comprise of thresholds, cills, lintels and flue gatherers. We will pull together the various items for each plot and deliver them to each location readily marked so you know which is which and, when ready, then order for the first floor or next set of plots.
To ensure a fast and easy delivery we would ask orders to be placed a minimum of two weeks in advance for products that are made to order.
All other items should be ordered with two days notice.
